Our Vision

We envision a diverse community of nurturing families whose children are healthy, resilient and ready for school.

Our Values

1. Resilience – We believe our parents are resilient and are their children’s first and best teacher. We build on family strengths to support them in achieving their goals.

2. Respect – We embrace differences, inclusivity and cultural humility to support families’ self-determination.

3. Equity – We are advocates for equitable health care for children and families, and commit to fair and just opportunities in the delivery, access and governance of our services.

4. Partnership – We value teamwork and seek to amplify the voices of our co-workers, partner families, board and community to offer effective, culturally sensitive services.

Our Commitment to Equity:
Since our founding in 1991, Child Health Partnership has been committed to serving families who are ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse. We are advocates for equitable health care for children and families, and commit to fair and just opportunities in the delivery, access and governance of our services.
