We all want healthy children.
We try to teach good eating habits – more fruits, veggies and whole grains, less sugar and over-processed, packaged foods. We encourage healthy hygiene habits like washing hands and brushing teeth. We make sure those little ones get the sleep they need to actually behave like human beings – and pray that we can do the same.
And of course we all need to get exercise. As parents, we should be modeling healthy activity, but let’s face it, is there a time in your life when regular exercise seems less out of reach?
